Paddy Elliott was born in 1925. He retired 1988 and began his flying training at Wellesbourne Mountford Aerodrome, where he gained his Private Pilot’s Licence in 1989; going on to attain Night and Instrument Meteorological Condition ratings. Becoming a pilot was always Paddy’s ambition and on gaining his licence he continued as an employee at South Warwickshire Flying School. He has been a director of the School for the past fifteen years and will continue to do so until he decides to quit flying aeroplanes. He also operates the Operations Desk five days a week.
