Susan is the editor and producer of Sailplane and Gliding magazine. Although the primary audience for this magazine is the UK gliding community, there is a growing and important international following. Unlike most of the magazines produced by air sport organisations, gliding club members can choose whether or not to subscribe. Despite the challenge of the internet and that of persuading people to supply interesting and timely copy, she has continued to develop both the all- important magazine content as well as tune the production process and maintain subscription levels.
