NFTO Women’s Formation Skydiving Team

NFTO Women’s Formation Skydiving Team

NFTO (Not For The Ordinary) is a 4-way women’s Formation Skydiving (FS) Team that has made a huge contribution to the sport of Skydiving. They are an inspiration and role model to all, but particularly to female Skydivers who are in the minority within the sport

The four-way team is selected from Rai Ahmed, Ane Brentford, Anna Hicks, Maria Russell, Vana Parker, Catherine Anderson, Sian Stokes and Kate Lindsley, with Simon Brentford as the Cameraman. In 2016, they won the Bronze medal in the Female FS 4-Way World Parachuting Championships in Chicago.

They won Silver for Great Britain at the 2017 Indoor Skydiving World Championships in Canada setting a new British Record average score, which they comprehensively broke at the 2018 European Indoor Championships in Voss where the team again won Silver. In 2018 they won the overall FS 4-way event at the UK Nationals, the Silver in the 2018 European Indoor Skydiving Championships in Norway, Silver at the World Skydiving Championships in Australia and Gold in the Indoor World Cup in Bahrain in each case competing in the Female FS 4-Way category.

NFTO are an approachable, helpful team always wanting to help others to succeed in the world of Skydiving. They are a credit to Great Britain with their enthusiasm and professional approach to FS Skydiving.
