Since the early 1990s lawyer John Korzeniowski has developed great expertise in general aviation in firms appointed by insurers to defend claims made against a number of RAeC Associations. He first became involved as part of one of the leading aviation legal teams in the UK, which advised on claims made against the British Parachute Association insurance policy. Having worked in the Cayman Islands, he returned to the UK to work for a specialist aviation law firm, and now has his own practice, The Air Law Firm LLP. Throughout his time in the UK, he has advised the BPA. John is a highly competent lawyer who applies his skills to the benefit of sport parachuting and, through other RAeC member organisations for whom he also acts, the wider air sports community.
