In January 2015, Jackie was a prime mover in achieving official recognition by the FAI/IPC of Wingsuit Flying as a new skydiving discipline. She also organised the first FAI World Cup in Wingsuit Performance Flying at Netheravon at very short notice, in May 2015. There were 56 competitors from 17 nations and Jackie Harper set three World Records in the female categories. Then in September 2015 she also ran the BPA British Open Nationals in Wingsuit Performance and Acrobatics at Skydive Netheravon. It attracted 31 Performance competitors, including 7 internationals from 5 different countries, and 9 Acrobatics competitors. Jackie Harper set a new World, European and National time record. She is currently Series World Champion in Wingsuit Performance Flying and Secretary to the Army Parachute Association (APA) which operates Skydive Netheravon in Wiltshire - as well as being the BPA Discipline Rep for Wingsuiting.
